Located just 30sec walking distance from Starling mall and 15mins away from OneUtama shopping mall. And there are various food options within a 1-minute walk of the hotel.

Can I smoke in the room?

We have a limited number of smoking rooms available upon request.


Where to park my car?

Hotel parking available at a fee, limited first come first serve & just in-front of the hotel. Beside that, public parking spaces are available too, RM0.60/hour from 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Saturday & Sunday is free. You may pay through apps download apps "Smart Selangor Parking" or buy the ticket from us or any bookshop available around here. 

Please take note Monday - Saturday, 10am - 4pm traffic are very congested at Damansara,Uptown. Please be patient. 


Is there any internet access in the hotel?

Complimentary Wi-Fi Broadband Internet access available.


Are lift/elevator in the hotel?

Yes we do have lift/elevator.


Is there any OKU/UD (universal design) facilities provided?

Yes there is OKU room, parking space and facilities is available upon request. 


Can I cancel my booking?

Option 1
Reservations will be held until 4 pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) unless guaranteed by a credit card or deposit. Guaranteed reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to 4 pm on day of arrival (local hotel time) will be subject to a one-night charge. If promotion rate will be no refundable. 

Option 2
Cancellation: If cancelled or modified up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
How to cancel: You can use the link in the confirmation email to cancel your booking.


Must I print out my booking reservation?

It is advisable to print out your booking reservation for reference and easy check in at the Hotel. If you don't have a print out of your reservation, please confirm your booking details at the Reception Desk by providing your identification.


How do I check if I have successfully made a booking?

If you have not received a confirmation number either on your booking confirmation screen or in an email then please conatct us by email or give us a call (email: reservation@lighthousehotel.com.my , phone no.: +603 7733 2379). Always feel free to contact us with any inquiries reagrding your ressrvation. 


Are meals included in the price? Is breakfast included?

No, meals are not included. You may purchase our breakfast set online during the booking process or add on the breakfast set during the check in at Front Desk.


Is there an F&B outlets in the Hotel?

Yes we do have Lighthouse Street Food (local food stalls) operating hour from 7am till 11pm.


What is the check in & check out policy?

Lighthouse Hotel guaranteed check-in time is at 2PM and check-out time is at 12PM. Requests for early check-in & late check-out will be handled based on hotel availability at the time of check-in (an additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out).


Are there electrical switchs/power points in the rooms?

There is international switchs/power point with 220 volt available in the room.


Do the Hotel come with a telephone, television, refrigerator, hair dryer and iron?

LightHouse Hotel operates a limited service concept, but all room provided telephone and a flat-screen television also there is refrigerator available in Family & Superior room. Ironing facilities, electric kettle and hairdryers are available on request.


Are bed linens provided?

Yes, all the beds come with a full set of linen (bed sheet, duvet & pillows)
